La villa est sur une petite colline, il y a des esclaiers exterieurs (non recommandé pour personne à mobilité réduite ou âgées). Climatisation centralisée pour votre confort les nuits d' été en extra. Excellente location en plein centre de Nice, la zone pietonne republique et le tram1 vers la gare est à 2 min à pied, la place Garibaldi et le tram2 vers l'aeroport est à 7 min, la vieille ville est à 5min, la plage à 15 min. Tous les commerces, divertissements, musées sont à quelque minutes à pied
Si vous êtes en voiture, une place de parking peut être louée en extra

The villa is on a little hill, there are outside stairs (not suitable for elderly or disabled people) . Central climatisation extra for your confort during summer nights. Ideal location in the center of Nice, at 2 min walk to pedestrian street Republique and tram1 (train station), at 7 min to Place Garibaldi and tram 2 (airport), at 5 min to old city, 15 min to the beach. Sehr hell am Terassengeschoss unseres Gasthauses. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit Bett 140, grosse 30m² Salon mit 1 Extra Bett, eine Küchenecke, ein Bad mit Dusche.

Piccola cucina , lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina per il caffè ecc ... e un piccolo bagno. Finestre con doppi vetri e accesso diretto al terrazzo privato (sud). Internet Wifi, TV.
La villa si trova su una piccola collina, all'esterno sono presenti dei gradini (sconsigliato a persone con mobilità ridotta o anziani). Aria condizionata centralizzata extra per il vostro comfort l'estate. Ottima posizione nel centro di Nizza, la zona pedonale republique e il tram1 per la stazione è a 2 minuti a piedi, Place Garibaldi e il tram2 per l'aeroporto sono a 7 minuti, il centro storico è a 5 minuti, la spiaggia è 15 minuti. Tutti i negozi, i divertimenti, i musei sono raggiungibili a piedi . Privato Parking Extra, o parcheggiare in strada
