Suite VR5 d'environ 55 m² + petite terrasse vous offre un hébergement pour 1, 2 ou 3 personnes très lumineux en rez de jardin de notre maison d'hôte. Logement très simple pour personnes pas compliquée !! Il a une chambre avec un lit 140, un grand living avec possibilité couchages supplémentaires (2x80) salle d'eau avec lavabo. WC séparé avec lave main, il y a aussi une kitchenette. Grandes fenêtres double vitrage et accès à la petite terrasse privative en bois, expo est (soleil le matin).

La villa est sur une petite colline, il y a un niveau d' escaliers extérieurs (non recommandé pour personne à mobilité réduite ou âgées). Climatisation centralisée pour votre confort les nuits d' été en extra (actuellement 5€ / 8 hours). Excellente location en plein centre de Nice, la zone piétonne République et le tram1 vers la gare est à 2 min à pied, la place Garibaldi et le tram2 vers l’aéroport est à 7 min, la vieille ville est à 5min, la plage à 15 min. Tous les commerces, divertissements, musées sont à quelque minutes à pied

Si vous êtes en voiture, une place de parking à 80 metres peut être louée en extra

Very nice accomodation of 55 m² + little terrace can host 1 to 3 persons . Located at the garden level of our Gueshouse. Very simple accomodation for not complicated persons. It has 1 bedroom with one bed 140, 1 big living room with possibility of 2 supplementary bedding of 80. Small Kitchen with everything to cook, little bathroom with washing basin.Separate toilet with little basin. Washing machine, dryer , boiler, coffee machine, toaster, double glasing windows. Direct access to the little private wood terrace east with morning sun. The villa is on a little hill, the accomodation is at level 1 with outside stairs (not suitable for elderly or disabled people) . Central climatisation extra for your confort during summer nights (5€/8 hours). Ideal location in the center of Nice, at 2 min walk to pedestrian street Republique and tram1 (train station), at 7 min to Place Garibaldi and tram 2 (airport), at 5 min to old city, 15 min to the beach. At very short distance to all amenties, restaurants, bars, museums, shoping. Private parking space extra at 70 meter

Villa Rima 1A is at the first floor, is about 55 m² + terrace 12 m² . The Villa is on a little hill with outside stairs and gardens

Villa Rima 1A is at the first and last floor of the villa but the villa is on a little hill, there are external stairs (2 levels), which are not suitable for small children or disabled people and difficult with heavy suitscases.

Très belle suite dans une villa Art deco en plein centre de Nice. Environnement typique du quartier de Cimiez, un des quartiers residentiels de Nice. Situation ideale, avec toutes les commodités à proximité immédiate ainsi que les bars, restaurants, musées, bibliotheques, salles de cinema ou de sports etc..
Proche de la zone piétonne République et du tram n°1 vers la gare, de la coulée verte (très beau parc urbain avec de nombreuses aires de jeux). A 7 min à pied de la Place Garibaldi et du tram n°2 vers l'aeroport , à 5 min à pied du Vieux Nice, à 10 min du port , des grandes lignes de bus (vers Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence ...) à 15 min à pied de la place Massena et de la plage (800 m). L'appartement est situé au premier et dernier etage de la Villa. La Villa est sur une petite colline, il y a un escalier exterieur qui correspond à 2 étages (non adapté pour les personnes handicapées ou les tout petits enfans, difficile avec de lourdes valises)

Erste und letzte Etage der Villa. Die Villa ist auf einem kleinen Hügel, es gibt Aussentreppe (2 Etage) , die für kleine Kinder oder behinderte Leute nicht geeignet sind.
