Villa Rima is
located in the Center of Nice, close to all facilities and public
transport. 10 mm walk to beach and 5 mm to old city. Here you can enjoy
nice holidays in the center while beeing in a quite and green area ! But please note following : NO SMOKER inside, NO NOISY GROUPS , only sustainable tourism and respectfull persons ! Parking spaces can be rented for extra. Climatisations in sumer extraplease ask for an offer for your group, with your datas, the dates and the number of personS (adults+children). We will try to give you the best value for your demand
Adapted for bigger groups untill 10 persons, who can be hosted in individual beds or 7 persons in own bedroom !
The
Villa Rima is in the residential area Cimiez, but in the center of the
city. It is a very good area with lots of nice houses, just at the
begining of the very lang avenue des Arènes de Cimiez which leads to
the famous archeological site and to the Matisse Museum . The public
transport are just nearby, the airport tram2 stops at 7 mm walk
(Garibaldi/Le Château) , the tram2 coming from the train station stops
at 5 mm walk (station Garibaldi). 
near MUSEUM OF MODERN ART MAMAC, old city . TRAMWAY at 2 mm, pedestrian street at 2 mm, Place Garibaldi and old city at 5 mm, Port of Nice with ferries to Corsica at 10 mm, beach at 10-15 mm walk tram to airport at 7 mn. Train station at 15 mm walk. Lots of supermark, restaurants, attractions at 5 mm walk. City park "Coulée Verte" at 5 mm walk

Si vous allez à Monaco avec vos enfants, je vous recommande le restaurant "STARS and BARS" qui a dédié un espace aux enfants au premier etage avec une animatrice rien que pour eux !!
Directement sur le port de Monaco !!
If you go to Monaco with your children, I recommand the restaurant "STARS and BARS" with a special space for children with somebody to take care on them ! Direct on the port of Monaco

vous êtes un grand groupe, vous trouverez toujours de la place au
Restaurant "Barbecue" (petits prix , cuisine maison) or in the Gaglio
(bon rapport qualité prix) dans le Vieux Nice
If you are a big group, go to the restaurant "Barbecue" (small prices) or in Gaglio (good value) in the old city !
